1. Acceptance
These terms govern use of the LALABI Channel Uploader (the “Tool”). By authorizing or using the Tool, you confirm that you are an authorized operator of the connected LALABI YouTube channel and agree to these terms.
2. Permitted use
The Tool may be used only to upload and manage video materials that the LALABI channel team is authorized to publish. Operators must comply with applicable law, rights agreements, YouTube’s Terms of Service and Google API policies.
3. Account responsibility
Operators are responsible for protecting access to the authorized Mac and Google account. Do not share authorization tokens, credentials or account access with unauthorized persons. Access should be revoked promptly if a device or operator is no longer trusted.
4. Content and privacy status
Operators remain responsible for video files, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, captions, audience settings and privacy status submitted through the Tool. The operational workflow may upload videos as private drafts for review; publication is a separate editorial decision.
5. Third-party services
The Tool depends on Google and YouTube services. Those services are governed by their own terms and may change, become unavailable or impose quotas. LALABI does not control those third-party services.
6. Availability and warranties
The Tool is provided for internal operational use on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, LALABI disclaims implied warranties relating to the Tool.
7. Suspension and termination
Authorization may be removed when access is no longer needed, these terms are breached, or continued access may create a security, legal or rights-management risk. Operators can also revoke Google access at any time.
